Every investor should be able to make an informed decision on the basis of research that is transparent about its assumptions, its risks and its interests.

Business transacted by the Research Analyst

• Publishing research reports on securities, sectors and markets.
• Providing research recommendations, including buy, hold or sell views, along with the reasoning and price targets on which they rest.
• Maintaining records of the research issued and the basis for it.

Services provided to investors

• Research reports and recommendations, issued impartially and simultaneously to all entitled recipients.
• Disclosure of any conflict of interest in the securities covered.
• A published grievance redressal mechanism, including escalation to SEBI SCORES and the SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal.

Rights of investors

• To receive research that is independent, unbiased and based on fair analysis.
• To be informed of the risks associated with any recommendation.
• To receive full disclosure of the Research Analyst’s holdings and any conflicts of interest in the securities covered.
• To have complaints acknowledged and resolved within the timelines published on this site, and to escalate to SEBI if not satisfied.
• To be charged only the fees agreed in advance, within the limits prescribed by SEBI.
• To confidentiality of personal information, except where disclosure is required by law or by a regulator.

Do’s and Don’ts for investors

Do’s

• Deal only with SEBI-registered Research Analysts. Verify the registration number on the SEBI website.
• Read all disclosures and the risks stated in a research report before acting on it.
• Pay fees only through banking channels, to the registered entity, and obtain a receipt.
• Keep a record of the research and communications you receive.

Don’ts

• Do not act on assured, guaranteed or fixed-return claims — no such assurance is permitted, and none is given.
• Do not share your trading account credentials or one-time passwords with anyone, including the Research Analyst.
• Do not fall for schemes promising profit-sharing or loss recovery.
• Do not make payments in cash or to any personal account.

Grievance redressal

Complaints may be raised with us first at support@frontwaveresearch.com. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to SEBI through the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in or initiate online dispute resolution at smartodr.in. Expectations from investors

• Provide complete and accurate information where it is required.
• Read the terms of service, the fee structure and the disclaimers before subscribing.
• Understand that research is impersonal — it does not account for your particular objectives, financial situation or needs.
