Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 July 2026
This policy explains what Front Wave Research LLP(SEBI Research Analyst, Reg. INH000018407) collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum needed to run a research subscription — and we do not sell your data.
1. What we collect
- Account data — your email address, and name/profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Subscription & payment data — your plan and status. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay; we receive only a payment reference and status, never your full card details.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-preserving signals such as which notes are read (used, for example, to decide when to invite a visitor to join our email list).
- Communications — email you send us, and your newsletter/alert preferences.
2. How we use it
- To provide access to the research and operate your subscription.
- To send sign-in links, research alerts, and service notices you have opted into.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service, and to comply with SEBI and other legal obligations.
3. Who processes data for us
We rely on a small set of trusted processors, each handling only what their function needs:
| Processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Razorpay | Payments & subscription billing |
| Resend | Transactional & alert email |
| Optional “Sign in with Google” | |
| Vercel & Turso | Website hosting & database |
4. Cookies & sessions
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. A small amount of read-count information may be stored locally in your browser to power the email-signup prompt; you can clear it any time from your browser.
5. Retention & security
We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and as required by law thereafter. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, sessions are server-side and revocable, and we do not store passwords (sign-in is by one-time link or Google).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any email or by writing to us. To exercise any right, email support@frontwaveresearch.com.
7. Grievances
For any privacy grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at support@frontwaveresearch.com. Escalation routes for research-service grievances are on our Disclosures page.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
