These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, research, and subscription services of Front Wave Research LLP(“Front Wave”, “we”, “us”), a Research Analyst registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Registration No. INH000018407. By using this site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Front Wave publishes equity and macro research — written notes, sector series, and dated analytical opinions on listed Indian securities — for information and educational purposes. A paid subscription unlocks gated research. Our research is not investment advice. We do not manage money, custody assets, execute trades, or earn brokerage. Nothing on this site is a personalised recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Sign-in is by one-time email link or Google — you agree not to share access or resell the research.

3. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

• Subscriptions are offered on a quarterly (₹10,000 / 3 months) or annual (₹30,000 / year) basis, inclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Introductory or founding pricing, where offered, applies as stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and payment details are handled on Razorpay’s secure infrastructure and never touch our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. No assured returns

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and registration with SEBI does not guarantee performance or assure returns. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult your own financial advisor.

5. Intellectual property & acceptable use

All research, text, charts, and design are the intellectual property of Front Wave Research LLP. You may read and privately reference the research; you may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, resell, or publicly post it in whole or substantial part without written permission. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass the paywall, or disrupt the site.

6. Limitation of liability

The research is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Front Wave shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the research. Our aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Suspension & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms or the service from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, without prejudice to the online dispute resolution mechanisms referenced in our Disclosures.
